Although most of the memorial stones are blank, some are inscribed with the names of communities from which the Nazis' victims were shipped to Treblinka. Most bear the names of towns, but others are named for countries, such as these stones dedicated to victims from Poland, France, Yugoslavia, Belgium, and the USSR.
