Toto is on Via delle Carrozze, a few blocks from the Spanish Square. If you find yourself in the area and if you're in the mood for stunningly good food, you owe it to yourself to check it out. The lentil and pasta soup is incredible, much better than you would expect from such a simple-sounding dish. But what I will always remember about Toto is the tiramisu, which is absolutely extraordinary, in a class by itself, easily the best I've ever had. (I hope I don't short out my keyboard, I'm drooling just thinking about it...)
